Las Vegas Buses

Tue, Aug 20, 2013

There are several buses that operate out of Las Vegas or that have routes that include Las Vegas, as you would expect. Two types of buses operate in Las Vegas, tour buses and the local transit system which includes various bus routes around the greater Las Vegas area.

Tour Buses and Buses with Routes to Las Vegas

Tour buses make specific stops throughout Las Vegas and at specific tourist attractions within Las Vegas including the Strip, Downtown and several museums, parks and recreational areas.

They also service many nearby attractions like Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon, Mt. Charleston and the Grand Canyon. A tour bus is the most economical choice for visiting by road various sites, far less expensive than taxis and less expensive than a rental car, they of course only have specific pre-planned stops along routes and the times and dates are pre-set.

Along with tours, buses are available for travel from city to city. This is also an economical choice, less expensive than flying but often more than trains. The most common routes are between Las Vegas and Las Angeles, Las Vegas and Phoenix, and Las Vegas and Salt Lake City. Nearly every major city has a bus route to Las Vegas however.

Some of bus companies operating within Las Vegas both for tours and transportation include:

Bell Trans 702-739-7990
Triple J Tours 702-261-0131
Greyhound Xpress 702-383-9792
