Cheap Dining Guide

While the buffets may be getting pricier, you can still get a good meal for next to nothing in Las Vegas, you just need to know where to look. If you are on the Strip you won’t find these kinds of deals, but off Strip the world’s your oyster for two to six bucks… and if you are only interested in breakfast. Instead of the all you can eat buffet model for cheap these hotels offer deals on one or two specific dishes, and only at certain times. By far the best deals are at breakfast, for example $1.99 two eggs, bacon and toast between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m. at the Promenade Café in JW Marriot.

Or for lunch try the Bougainvillea Café at Terrible’s Casino for a $7.99 lunch special between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. You can also get steak specials at Arizona Charlies, Ellis Island, Terrible’s and around Fremont Street ranging from $7 to $12. If you are up late you’ll find all kind of graveyard specials at Cannery Casino in North Las Vegas, at JW Marriot, Southpoint, Fiesta, Ellis Island, Texas Station and more. You may even find 24-hour specials on limited items. Sam’s Town on Boulder Hwy has a $3.88 steak and eggs special at all hours. Don’t expect the best quality but it will get you full.
