The Roller Coaster

Located directly on the southwest corner of one of the busiest intersections in Las Vegas, Tropicana Ave. and Las Vegas Blvd, there is always something going on at the New York-New York hotel casino. With its Manhattan cityscape, Statue of Liberty replica, and The Roller Coaster at New York-New York always full of thrill seekers, this casino is impossible to miss.

The Roller Coaster at New York-New York (yes that is its name) is part of the Coney Island experience on the upper floor. This area has a number of games and an arcade as well as other attractions similar to Coney Island.

This coaster is constantly filled, and you may have a bit of a wait to get on board, it is well worth it though.

The ride itself is fairly large by Vegas coaster standards. It starts with a slow climb 144 feet, pausing for an amazing view of the Strip before dropping into a series of loops and twists. It hits a maximum speed of 67 miles per hour. If you like coasters this is where you want to be.
