Built as an “encore” to the Wynn, Encore is right next to the Wynn on the busy corner of Spring Mountain and Las Vegas Blvd. It features a unique curved design and is one of the most elegant hotel casinos on the Strip. It is often compared to the Wynn but is considered a “hipper” while Wynn is perhaps more refined. The goal was for the two properties to compliment one another in their style and with the services offered and not to compete with each other. It is decorated with custom furniture, carpeting, and art and the suites here are actually a bit larger than at the Wynn.

Gambling limits are on the high end and there is a high limits area with 300k minimum bets. On the casino floor limits can vary depending on the clientele at any specific time. Slot machines have average limits for Strip casinos starting at $1 a pull and up. Dining and shopping is upper end.

There are 7 bars in Encore including Botero Bar, Eastside Lounge, the Lobby Bar and Café, Southside Bar, and the bar in Switch. Drinks are on the pricey side. Cocktails are free to guests as they are gambling on the casino floor, tipping is customary.
Encore hosts excellent high-end shopping at Esplanade at Encore. There are 11 shops total with names like Chanel, Hermes, and Rock and Republic. Here guests can find a wide range of unique and quality clothing, gifts and more. Much of the merchandise can only be found at these shops and it is a popular spot for shoppers from around the world.
XS is the largest and one of the most popular nightclubs in all of Vegas, and is visited regularly by celebrities. There is often a line getting in and cover depends on any special event and how busy the club is. Surrender Nightclub is also very popular and is both indoors and outdoors.
Encore offers a range of services from 24 hour room service to 24 hour maid service, same day laundry, concierge, currency exchange, wake-up call and more. They offer free shuttle service to and from the airport through an outside firm.
Encore is a popular spot for conventions. They have a 60,000 square foot meeting room and they are located close to other popular convention spots. While conventions are going on Encore is often filled to or nearly filled to capacity, this is even in the off season so be sure to check with the hotel before planning your trip.
