The Hard Rock itself caters to a younger party crowd, and is almost always busy. From the clubs and bars, to the restaurants, concerts and shows Hard Rock is a great time for everyone.
The Hard Rock is arguably the busiest off Strip casino in Las Vegas, the only casinos that might compete in this regard are the Palms and the Rio on the opposite side of the Strip. It’s important to make your reservations well in advance and this is particularly true during busy Holidays and during the summer months. In addition whenever there is a concert at the Joint rooms may be hard to find as well as parking if you drive. Ask your travel agent or the hotel concierge of any events taking place at the Hard Rock even during off-seasons and midweek to ensure rooms will be available.
This is an excellent choice both for casual gamblers and hard core gaming aficionados. Limits vary by the season and the crowd and are generally comparable to Strip casinos. While it has a large gambling hall and expansive greater casino area, it is a relatively small hotel for one so close to the Strip at only 1500 rooms which include the newly erected HRH tower. The tower is connected to and a convenient walk from the casino floor. The Hard Rock rooms are rated well, and they have specialty rooms for extremely high rollers, ask their front desk for details on these high end rooms.
The Hard Rock is located approximately a quarter mile east of the central Strip area; however its prices are comparable to the majority of casinos on the Strip. Room rates vary significantly by season and occupancy but except to pay more than other off Strip rooms (minus Rio and Palms) and Downtown rooms. Gambling limits also vary by the clientele, but again are comparable to Strip casinos ranging from mid-level to high roller tables and beyond. Restaurants and shops are on the expensive side but comparable to the Strip.
You have a number of dining options when visiting the Hard Rock from fine dining to fun and tasty options. Some popular choices include Nobu, Rare 120, The Pink Taco, and Johnny Smalls.
This is the place to party. The central bar is always crowded and lively. As always cocktail waitresses serve gamblers free of charge, tipping is customary. Most of the restaurants also have a bar area.
You have tons of shopping options, and this is a favorite spot for shoppers who are looking for “hip” alternatives to the often overly-luxurious shopping of the Strip. The Hard Rock is one of the top spots for nightlife from the concerts and shows to the lively casino floor. In addition Vanity is one of the most popular clubs in all of Vegas – and via that one of the most popular in the world.
