C Bar is a fairly standard casino bar, a bit upscale but with
a casual atmosphere and a mix of guests from young party goers to gamblers
taking a break from the tables. They have a full bar and all of the classic
mixed drinks, alcohols and brews. Prices are fair by Strip standards, most
drinks $7 and up, plus they have a bottomless happy hour, $19.99 all you can
drink. It is located on the Stratosphere casino floor.
