Postrio is an American styled bar and grill. They have a range of interesting
and unique dishes like the pumpkin tortelloni with brown butter, butternut
squash and toasted pine nuts, or their pumpkin soup. Another favorite is the
ricotta gnocchi served with wild mushrooms. They also have burgers, pork chops,
pizzas and much more. Fir dessert you can try caramel ice cream or a chocolate
chip soufflé. Postrio is an upscale dining area, large and fairly quite in the
main dining area whit private dining areas that can accommodate up to a hundred.
Prices are moderate to high, averaging from $25 - $35 a plate with dishes that
go higher. It is a Wolfgang puck restaurant and is located in St. Mark’s Square
in the Venetian.
