Benihana is a Japanese and steak restaurant. They have a number of entrees
like hibachi chicken, sukiyaki steak, filet mignon, lobster tail and king
salmon. Meal are served with grilled onions, bean sprouts zucchini, hibachi
shrimp, onion soup and different rice dishes. It is a serene setting with
flowing water and gardens, giving the illusion of a tropical forest. The hibachi
chefs created the dishes before your eyes, and it is group seating so less than
eight will be seated with other groups. Prices are a bit high, most meals over
$35 and up. It is located in the Hilton.
