Bouchon

Bouchon is a French restaurant, also offering different seafood dishes with a French twist. The menu ranges from steak and frites to poulet roti, pan seared flatiron, roasted chicken and of course French fries. They have a number of great deserts as well including profiteroles, pastry puffs and ice cream. The main dining room features and excellent view, and it is designed in classic French with an American touch. Head chef is Thomas Keller. It won the 2005 Epicurean Award for Best French restaurant, Best New Restaurant on the Strip, Best Restaurant on the Strip and Best Restaurant. Prices are moderate, from $25 to $35. It is located in the Venetian.
