Charlie Palmer Steakhouse is an upscale steakhouse serving a range of high quality meals. Steak of course is the main attraction, prepared in a number of styles. Other favorites include Filet Mignon, Colorado Rack of Lamb, 28 day aged Rib Eye and different seafood like butter poached lobster. They have a long list of wines as well. It is an elegant setting, roomy and decorated in a modern but comfortable style. Head chef is Steve Blandino. Prices are expensive, usually over $50 per meal. It is located at the Four Seasons on top of Mandalay Bay.
