CUT is an upscale steakhouse serving a variety of top quality meat and seafood. They feature USDA Prime Nebraska corn-fed 35 day aged steaks and Japanese Wagyu Beef. They have a variety of unique house souces as well, and many custom cocktails to choose from. It is fashioned after Wolfgang’s CUT in Beverly Hills, and is decoared in silvers, creams and whites. Matthew Hurley is Executive Chef. Prices are high, usually from $55 to $100 a plate, and reservations are suggested. It is located in Palazzo.
