Dragon Noodle serves Asian cuisine, and has a range of popular items on the menu including Asian soups, soup noodles, beef, pork, and fish dishes. Some of the favorites include fried calamari with or without pork and homemade plum sauce, the Dragon Platter which includes fried won ton, spring roll and barbeque pork and ribs, pot stickers and shrimp puffs. They also have two eggplant and tofu dishes that are recommended. The restaurant features clay pot cooking in the Chinese style which some prefer. They also have a wide selection of drinks and cocktails, both Chinese and American. The restaurant is dimly lit with Chinese design and style, mostly yellows and reds. Prices range from $15 to $25 per plate. Chef Raymond Cheong servers a range of specialty dishes for a good price. It is located inside Monte Carlo. Reservations are suggested.
