Il Fornaio is an Italian restaurant but quite Americanized. Don’t expect authentic Italy but authentic New York/ Italy. They have a long list of the classic American Italian choices you would expect at most Italian restaurants in the U.S. Some favorites are the garlic breads served usually before the meals, farfalle al salmone, lasagna ferrarese and ravioli di verdure. They have a good wine list as well and serve Italian coffees, pastries, muffins and scones. It has seating within the restaurant and on the casino floor divided from the rest of the casino by a small stream. Prices are very good, usually under $15. It is located inside New York – New York.
