Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare is an Italian restaurant serving primarily
seafood, but with a range of different menu items. Fish is actually flown in
daily from Italy. Some specialties include Agnolotti del plin, Piedmont,
homemade ravioli and pollo alla Riviera Ligure. Some of the fish you will find
on the menu include sea bass, purple snapper and big eye. It is a very beautiful
restaurant with many Italian touches. There are two levels, the lower level
decorated with a small body of water. Prices are moderate to high, $25 to $35
and up. It is located inside Wynn.
