Jasmine

Jasmine is a Cantonese restaurant serving traditional Hong Kong and Cantonese dishes with a contemporary twist. They have a range of excellent items but no specific specialty. It is a romantic and intimate setting with excellent service and beautiful décor. Meals are on the expensive side, $35 at the lowest end and up from there. They host Sunday brunch that offers front row seats to the fountain show with a buffet that includes oysters, salmon, American caviar and an omelet station. Jasmine won the 2003 Epicurean Award for Best Chinese. It is located toward the front of Bellagio.
