Nobu

Nobu is one of the more popular Japanese restaurants in town. There are five of them in the world and it is a popular option no matter which site you visit. They have a wide range of traditional and modern Japanese dishes including Sushi and a few dishes of other influences. Some of the popular orders include Kobe beef carpaccio and the tiradito with chili paste. It is a dimly lit, intimate atmosphere with bar and table seating. It one the 2003 and 2004 Epicurean Award for Best Japanese. Prices are on the high side, dishes usually over the $35 range. It is located at the Hard Rock east of the Strip on Paradise Rd.
