Nove Italiano

Nove Italiano is a classic Italian restaurant serving a range of dishes from that region, and specifically from the southern and northern regions of Italy. Some of the favorite dishes include their ravioli with egg yolk, ricotta, pecorino and truffle butter, they also serve an excellent duck dish over roasted grapes, and all kinds of excellent pastas. It is a business casual to upscale atmosphere, yet lively. It has beautiful, rich décor with wood flooring and a romantic lighting scheme, all overlooking the Strip from the 51st floor of Palms Fantasy Tower. Prices are on the highs side, $35 and up, and they can go quite a bit up from there actually so don’t expect to spend only $35 on one meal. It is located in Palms Fantasy Tower, not Palms itself, and is easy to miss if you don’t know where it is.
