Pinot Brasserie is a French restaurant serving a number of steak and seafood dishes and brunch items. They are open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch. Some favorite dishes include pan-seared foie gras and a charcuterie plate with duck prosciutto. They have a long wine list as well. It is a very European setting, decorated with excellent artwork and very comfortable seating. Prices are moderate, most dishes from $25 to $35. It is located in the Venetian.
