Red Square is a Continental restaurant serving mainly a Russian menu, but also a number of French, Italian and American dishes. They have a long list of caviar options. One of the popular choices is citron caviar and crème fraiche. Another favorite is Maine lobster with Stoli vanilla butter sauce. It is a beautiful dining are with a lot of interesting art. It is dimly lit and a business casual to fine dining atmosphere. It won the 2003 and 2004 Epicurean Award winder for Best Cocktails – this was however while it still converted to a club at night, it is no longer a club at night. Robbin Haas is the head chef. Prices are moderate to high, from $25 to $35 and up. It is located just inside the main entrance of Mandalay Bay.
