Simon

Simon serves a wide variety of menu options, primarily American but with other influences as well plus a sushi bar. They have no specific specialty but serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and all meals are expertly prepared. It is set up similar to a diner except the counter area serves sushi instead of coffee, steak and eggs. It is a casual atmosphere with a view of the Palms Place pool. It is located inside Palms Place on the first floor.
