Wing Lei is a classic Chinese restaurant serving a number of traditional dishes from different areas of China, and more Americanized options. Some of the favorites include shark fin soup, Peking duck, humbler fare and Cantonese dim sum. They have a number of rice dishes of course, some of the rice dishes may be difficult to find at other restaurants in Las Vegas however. The atmosphere is fine dining, and it is adorned with all kinds of art and even 100-year old pomegranate trees. Head chef is Richard Chen, an expert in Asian cuisine. Wing Lei won best Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas in 2007. It is expensive however, listed at $35 and over, in reality be prepared to spend over $100. It is located inside the Wynn.
