Occupying some premium real estate right at the center of the Strip, close to the corner of Las Vegas Blvd. and Flamingo Ave. in between Bally’s and Planet Hollywood, Paris is considered by most the most romantic resort on the Strip. It’s not all flowers and heart shape boxes. Anthony Cools is perhaps the edgiest adult hypnotist you’ll ever see.
One of the first things that you’ll see as you enter the theater is the sign stating that “you will be the star tonight,” and that is definitely true if you happen to be one of the lucky (or unlucky depending on your point of view) individuals called up to the stage. This isn’t the sort of quite sofa-side hypnotisms you may recognize from television psychiatrists though. This show is quite ruckus and wild, Cools encourage the audience to have fun, get intoxicated if you drinking, and to have some “good, clean, dirty fun.” From the beginning Cools is full of high energy, interacting with the crowd, this is actually to try and find prime candidates to be hypnotized. Some rules exist though, Anthony Cools those being hypnotized must not be too intoxicated, must not be high on anything, and must not have any kind of deep desire to be hypnotized. The show is definitely adult and involves all kinds of sexual references. It is also all kinds of fun.
This show is 18 and over. Show times are Thursday through Sunday at 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday at 9:00 p.m. and the theater is dark on Monday and Wednesday. The show lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Reservations are suggested.
