The Imperial Palace is located right at the center of the Strip, directly across from Caesars Palace and flanked by Harrah’s and The Flamingo on either side. It is designed in a Japanese style and caters to a range of visitors, from an older crowd to a young party crowd. It does offer some popular nightlife, and this, next to fair rates make it a favorite for a younger crowd, those visiting for Spring Break or during the summer. At the same time the elegant feel and look and great location attracts a range of individuals of all ages year round. It is also known for The Auto Collection, which is visited by thousands every year and features a number of classic cars. Another classic you can catch at the Imperial Palace is Human Nature – The Ultimate Celebration of the Motown Sound presented by Smokey Robinson.
Human Nature features amazing harmonies performed by Toby Allen, Phil Burton, Andrew Tierney and Michael Tierney. Occasionally Smokey Robinson himself introduces the group. He says of them, "I grew up with Motown where the standard for talent was so high, when I saw these guys I was blown away." While many U.S. fans may not be familiar with Human Nature, they are one of the most popular groups in Australia. They perform a range of popular Motown hits.
