The Flamingo is the setting for many Vegas stories and even Hollywood movies. It was one of the first casinos on the Strip and is considered by many the first mega resort in Las Vegas. Its mob roots and connection with Bugsy Siegel is well-known, though it has gone through a number of renovations since, and today it is a completely different place and corporate owned. Located central Strip, just north of the Las Vegas Blvd. and Flamingo intersection, it is also home of the Garden Wedding chapel, which is one of the nicer wedding venues on the Strip.
The Flamingo offers two wedding venues, one held outside in the hotel’s back garden area. The Garden Chapel Gazebo is surrounded by palm trees, flowers and ivy. They also have an indoor chapel with cushioned white pews that can seat 60 and a gorgeous chandelier suspended from the domed ceiling. They offer a wide range of packages, Lavender, Tulip, Rose and Orchid packages include a range of services including a wedding coordinator and pianist for the ceremony, and various other amenities like a stay in one of the suites or in a King room, DVD and photos of the ceremony, bouquets and boutonnieres and more, contact the hotel for more details what each individual package offers. Cherished Moments package is a renewal of vows ceremony with several amenities and a renewal certificate. In addition there are the Gazebo, Garden Trellis, and Crescendo packages that may offer more complete service. Packages may be seasonal, contact the hotel for a full list of options.

Hours are Sunday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
