The Venetian is one of Las Vegas most luxurious hotels. Located next to the busy corner of Spring Mountain Rd. and Las Vegas Blvd. across the street from the Mirage it is easily identified by its beautifully carved exterior and a large obelisk. The walkways and street entrance are lined with Venice esc scenery. If the Paris is the most romantic resort in Las Vegas, than this is a very close second with a range of wedding options and of course the romance-inspiring gondolas which snake their way throughout the shopping center and outside.
Venetian actually offers several wedding options. Weddings can be held on an actual gondola or on the Wedding Bridge in St. Mark’s Square as gondolas float beneath. They have a 2,500 square foot wedding chapel and several outdoor venues are available as well. In addition there are a number of ballrooms of different sizes, all of which may be reserved for this purpose. The gondola and St. Mark Square packages are naturally smaller given the limited space. Some of the chapel packages include Amore, which is simply half an hour of chapel time, Tesoro Mio which includes extra services like custom bouquets and a DVD and champagne gift set, Auguri offers this plus a photo package, Fortuna includes this plus floral arrangements, and Fortuna Terrazza is a more complete package. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
